After Four Months
Yes, I know I've let this blog kind of falter, but the Isagenix Cleanse fitness program is going well.After four months, I've lost 65 pounds and my wife has lost 55 pounds -- she hit her halfway point so it's all downhill from here!
By sometime in the fall my wife will hit her goal weight and by winter I will have hit mine. It looks like I'll celebrate my next birthday about 150 pounds less than I did last year.
